Dart already support compiling to android, which is POSIX on ARM64, so why not another platform.

Legal safe?

Darling only directly use those parts of Darwin that are released as fully free software, hence do not violate Apple's EULA.

darling is not safe, without qemu, like: "Recusive wipe following symlinks and crossing file system boundaries", "Darling wiped my external drive"
