2024.3 Beta does not stop at breakpoint

Dart SDK version: 3.7.0-edge (main) (Unknown timestamp) on "macos_arm64" - local build from master.

I was trying to debug an analyzer test.
So, not Flutter.

More specifically, the application under debug just hangs.
Maybe it stops, but IDE does not know about it, does not show it, and correspondingly cannot be resumed.
I think CPU usage goes higher when it hangs like this.

The problem was fixed to reverting to 2024.3 EAP
