No such file or directory(deeplab_model.tar.gz)

I have downloaded the whole project , and trying to run it in VSCode . The file in the Model directory named deeplab_model.tar.gz isn't showing up even if I externally added it as a directory in the Model directory. While running , no such file or directory found error is arrived.
