1. have you tried seeing if there are newer vulkan drivers for your device?

2. if you try running chrome canary with --enable-features=Vulkan --enable-unsafe-webgpu do you get a similar error if you try to run a webgpu page like https://webgpu.github.io/webgpu-samples/?sample=helloTriangle The error would that the page doesn't run, the error might appear in the terminal or it might appear in about:gpu at the bottom.

Be aware, like it says in the README, all this is is a build of dawn.node from the dawn repo.

Also you can try 0.2.11, no idea if that will fix it for you

Yes, .2.11 did solve the issue issue. I was lucky I guess - and keep this in mind before further bug report
