Extend TLV vars for AWS VPC ID

Is it possible to include the $proxy_protocol_tlv_AWS_VPCE_ID (parsed from type 0xEA) TLV value upstream? With the TLV patch from slact, NGNIX is able to read, but I want to know if there's a way to preserve this. https://github.com/slact/nginx_proxy_protocol_tlv_vars
