Mount project/operations in filesystem using FUSE

One way to support different editors for writing operations and such would be to expose an API for common edits. This could then be used for a FUSE adapter.

How should the project be mounted and what operations should be supported?

Some of these could be made read-only for now - such as resources and pipelines.
