Is it possible to import rectangular part from
csv/xlsx with the details like length, width, thickness, qty, and some other details for labling the part?

Like some paid tool "cutting optimization pro"
It can also be used for linear optimization.

Yeah but a gui would be lot useful and time saver. If try out the mentioned simple app you will get idea.
