Debug Mode:

If you have trouble to run deepnest, it is always a good idea, to enable the debug mode Create the Environment deepnest_debug=1, start deepnest, it will appear a webinspector window in the app, if you click on the upper right icons you can make this inspector window a distached window, close the app - not the inspector window (it will closed with the app) and restart the app, you then get min two windows, for the inspector.
