HLA typing from diploid assemblie

Does SpecImmune support HLA typing from diploid assemblies, similar to SpecHLA(typing_from_assembly.py)?

Hi,

As SpecHLA has such function already, we have not added a same one in SpecImmune. Using the assembly from long reads, you can also use SpecHLA(typing_from_assembly.py).
