Support AWS Bedrock Guardrails in AmazonBedrockChatGenerator

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
AWS Bedrock Guardrails can be triggered with the Converse API directly using the guardrailConfig parameter. Currently, the AmazonBedrockChatGenerator api does not support these Guardrail configs. Unless I'm mistaken there isn't a way to pass these to the Converse API using the AmazonBedrockChatGenerator api
