How to use TransformersSimilarityRanker/SentenceTransformersDiversityRanker without Hugging Face?

Because of some reasons, I cannot use the Hugging Face service. How can I use the ranker model with TransformersSimilarityRanker/SentenceTransformersDiversityRanker without it, similar to how OpenAIDocumentEmbedder specifies the api_base_url or loads a model locally?
