Add cookbook/tutorial for Human in the Loop Confirmation Strategies

As a follow up to adding Human in the Loop confirmation strategies to Agent in haystack-experimental in deepset-ai/haystack-experimental#369 we should create a cookbook or a tutorial explaining and show-casing how these new abstractions work.
