Adding a station info record from RINEX only works for the current visible RINEX files

In the RINEX page, when station information is missing, and the block of RINEX spans more than one page, if the user creates a station info record from RINEX, the end date corresponds to the last RINEX on the page, not the last RINEX in the block. The desired functionality is to use the end datetime from the last RINEX in the group / block of observations, not the last RINEX in the list.
