This directory is created by the Vagrantfile already via the synced_folder setup, so we need to check for the `.git` dir inside of it to ensure we haven't cloned it down yet

Also a a couple small fixes:
.gitto exist for the clone of Hayt. The directory is already made by the Vagrantfile so this actually ensures it'll get cloned
