USB3 port not recognized on Tanix W2

First I would like to say thank you for this great project. Installed on my Tanix W2 and system boots the first go. Install to emmc script also works.
Thing is I cannot get the USB3 port working, it just stuck at 480M when using lsusb -t:
lsusb -t
/: Bus 001.Port 001: Dev 001, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci-hcd/2p, 480M
|__ Port 001: Dev 002, If 0, Class=Mass Storage, Driver=uas, 480M

dmesg | grep -i usb displays tons of errors:

Tried v6.12.11+ubuntu and v6.12.17+debian, results are the same. Also noticed CPU temp not working on v6.12.11.
dtb used: Tanix W2.
I have two USB enclosures with Y cable, both can be recognized as 5000M under CoreELEC but stuck with 480M using your image. Anything I can test more on my side?

Btw, the result of lsusb -t under CE:

Look at the 2p / 0p which stands for 2 ports at 480M and 0 ports at 5000M. But besides that, that is just what it displays, it is not measured speed.

A S905W2 does not have a USB3 IP AFAIK and Tanix W2 almost certainly has not. They aren't even advertised to have one. So you must be some kind of sorcerer to get that to work 😀.

But if you can prove you have a Coreelec image where you can get a measured speed of more than 480 Mbit/s, I will more than happily stand corrected and I will do everything I can to make USB3 work.

In the meantime: problems you see are almost always either a weak power supply or a USB drive that draws to much power, or you have a USB drive that doesn't properly support UAS. Google it.

Thank you for the quick response. I tried dd a file from memory to the USB hdd unde CE and turned out it indeed is connected in USB 2 mode:
1008390144 bytes (1.0 GB, 962 MiB) copied, 20.2682 s, 49.8 MB/s

So USB3 is not supported under CE neither.
btw this box actually has a USB3 port and about the model, it is TanixW2-A, you know these kind of boxes tend to have "variants" lol
Why it has USB3 despite of 100M wired NIC you ask? Because it also has a 5G wifi...Here is its appearance in case you are interested.

Wy are you so sure there is a USB3 port? Really, there isn't. I really wish there was.
The only 1% doubt I have is that I've never seen an official datasheet for a S905W2, so I can't be 100% sure (there is a datasheet for S905Y4, which is from the same SOC family, there is no USB3 support there). Coreelec is based on the vendor kernel. If that doesn't have USB3 support, it is very very very unlikely there is USB3. So your port is blue? That doesn't mean anything. I have a TanixW2 in my collection, one of my ports is blue as well.
What has Wifi 5G and 100M ethernet to do with USB?

Please proof me I'm wrong, because in that case, these boxes would be worth there money.

I revert back to Android and confirmed your fact: My USB enclosure still detected as USB2.0 under Android. So the blue USB port is 100% just a color lol, these fake boxes from Chinese vendor indeed is something XD.

Just for the record if any one searched this in the future: Tanix W2 does not have USB3 even when one port is in Blue.
