Feature: Expansion of Webhook Payload with Additional Data in Notifications

🔖 Feature description

Currently, the webhook provides a set of predefined data in Notifications. Need to cover essential information, and additional data fields required to enhance visibility.

The data field includes:

1. Pipeline type ie (build or deploy)
2. Commithash or Tag through which the build is triggered

Branches -

webhook-changes -> orchestrator (OSS + ent)
notif-test -> notifier
