Install AVIF Encoder and AVIF Decoder

  1. Go to Release page of libavif - Library for encoding and decoding .avif files, Releases or more up2date appveyor libavif artifacts.
    1. avifenc.exe Version 0.9.3 (maybe not the newest version)
    2. avifdec.exe Version 0.9.3 (maybe not the newest version)
  2. Download avifdec.exe and avifenc.exe from assets
  3. Move files to C:\ProgramData\avifencodergui
  4. Start avif_encoder_gui and comfirm version in App
