1. **Grant of License**  
   Subject to the terms of this License, Diffusion Studio Inc. ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Software solely for **non-commercial purposes**.

2. **Non-Commercial Use**  
   a. This license applies to individuals and organizations that **do not monetize** or derive any **commercial benefit** from the product, service, or project that incorporates this Software.  
   b. "Monetization" includes (but is not limited to) selling, licensing, offering paid access, receiving advertising revenue, donations exceeding operational costs, or any other form of revenue generation.

3. **Restrictions**
