Is there any REPORT that simply lists each individual file with all the PUID-related info on it?

Hello. I've been using DROID 6.8 for Windows on a set of some 61,000 files contained in about 16,000 folders. I excluded about a dozen of the folders from the profile list (not by using the filter) and excluded folders and .INF extensions by using the filter. Then I produced the Comprehensive Breakdown Report for the profile followed by an EXPORT of the files by PUID (File path, name, size, extension, PUID, name, version, MIME). From the Comprehesive Breakdown report I got a list of the PUIDs with the number of files in each PUID and other info. However I discovered that out of the 177 different PUIDs in the Comprehensive Report, 21 do not appear in the Export of the files by PUID.
Do you have any idea why this should be?
Is there any REPORT that simply lists each individual file with all the PUID-related info on it? - the only way I can find of getting that info is via an EXPORT which, as I have said doesn't seem to include all items.

Do you have an example of a PUID which is in the Report but not the Export? Each file can identify with more than one PUID so there might be something like that going on.

Here's an example:
The Comprehensive Breakdown says the following:
fmt/179 MIME=application/vnd.ms-powerpoint
Format Name= Microsoft PowerPoint for Macintosh Format version=4.0
Number of files 2

But the export has no fmt/179 in its listings.
