Issue exporting results from DROID v6.8.1

Hello, I work at NICE and have just got DROID for transferring our digital records to TNA. I have been testing it out on my own files before running it over our digital records. It seems to run ok but doesn't export the csv. I also can't export reports that I have generated. Are you able to help with my export problem? I've attached the error message I get (I don't get an error message when trying to export the reports, they just don't export).

Looks like error when reading that location. I am assuming you added some files to Droid UI, Ran a profile and then trying to export the results.
Could you please let us know the steps you took
Also, more details maybe available in the logs, if you could take a look or send the logs to us, it would be useful.

Thank you so much for your message.

You're correct - I added a folder (with files and subfolders) by clicking the green Plus sign, pressed Start, pressed Export, selected a location to export the csv file to, and that's when I got the error message. I just re-ran this process today and got the same error message - I've attached a .txt file of the log.

I am wondering whether there is a permissions issue for saving file to that location. I think the folder is a standard Documents folder of your profile, but it may be remote?
Could you please try saving it to a folder which is available on the local machine where you may have permissions to write files? Perhaps create a new folder c:\droid-exports\ and try and export there?
