Unable to clone the repo "completely" due to exceeded Git LFS quota #2

Thank you for sharing your valuable research.
I ran into an issue though.
When trying to clone this repository, I encountered an error caused by the Git LFS quota being exceeded. The repository clones successfully, but the large files tracked by Git LFS fail to download.
To make the data accessible again, would it be possible to either:
- Increase the Git LFS storage or bandwidth quota in the repository settings.
- Or transfer the entire repository to an external host (e.g., Google Drive, Zenodo, Dropbox, or a public data repository) and update the README with the new download links.
