Docker Desktop wont start when installed on Ubuntu 24.04

These install instructions are not working when trying to install Docker-Desktop on Ubuntu 24.04

When the docker desktop is started , it doesnt open the dashboard.

docker run image with only docker engine throws error unable to connect to docker daemon even the docker service is running on systemctl with no error
