Feature request: Display submission name field in the UI

Hello DocuSeal team,

First, thank you for the great work on DocuSeal! We're actively using it for client document signing workflows, and it’s been a huge help.

📝 Feature request: Please display the name field of the submission object in the UI.

This field exists in the database and can be set via the API (submission_name), but:
-It is not visible in the web interface,
-We cannot edit or view it from the admin panel,
-This makes version management and document tracking harder, especially when many similar submissions exist for the same client.

💡 Suggested improvements:
-Show the name in the submission list view and submission detail page.
-Allow setting/editing the name when creating or editing a submission manually via the UI.
-Optional: allow filtering or sorting submissions by name.

🙏 Why it matters:
We use DocuSeal heavily in a B2B context, where many documents follow the same template (e.g., NDAs, contracts). Being able to name submissions directly would help us avoid confusion and better track which version was sent to which client.
