link references to source code in stack trace

This has already been implemented (commented out), since we have the following issues:

• if shown as a generated expection, the contained HTML is escaped
• if shown as a HTML message, the result is not annotated as a generated expection

First discuss if we cannot find a solution that allows to set the generated output as html; probably this requires that the expected and generated field also can be messages, instead of pure strings
