Why do a large number of API interfaces occasionally respond slowly?

Does VNet not support a large number of API requests? My interface receives a lot of hardware device information and occasionally times out. I found that this interface takes about 10 to 40 seconds to access frequently, and the next time it is accessed, it will be faster. I don't know why, I don't have any logical code. So is the performance of VNet not enough? My server's CPU usage is less than 10%,

I don't know what more information is needed to investigate? I currently have occasional curl requests that take about 10 seconds. I have ruled out issues with nginx and Docker as I have been running Linux directly using VNet, but the results have not improved.
