jonsequitur changed the title 2. After creating the cell, it'd be good if it could get the focus. Then you can use ctrl+enter to run it. This works well when demoing. I demo code gen techniques. Be nice if I could create a cell below, it gets focus and I can use the shortcut key to run. SendEditableCode should set the focus in the newly-created cell
