Feature Request: Add Weekly Top Trending NuGet Packages Table on Main Page

I propose adding a table to the main page of the NuGet Trends that showcases the top trending NuGet packages of the week. This feature would function similarly to GitHub's trending repositories page: GitHub Trending.

Justification:

• Enhanced Discoverability: Helps users find popular and emerging NuGet packages quickly.
• User Engagement: Encourages more interaction by highlighting trending content.
• Community Insight: Provides a snapshot of current interests and developments within the NuGet community.
