`ExternalDebug` APIs for detecting object destructors

While implementing my own scope debugger I've noticed alot of my scope tasks are just anonymous functions from Fusion (maybe it's destructors?):

I propose some kind of API to differentiate from these Fusion anonymous functions to other functions.
