This feature only needs to be implemented on the Rust Client.

The Git LFS's data requires P2P download, while other data can simply be downloaded using the Git protocol.

For Example: dfget modelscope://models/inclusionAI/Ling-1T to download https://modelscope.cn/models/inclusionAI/Ling-1T
