Description

This pull request includes updates to submodule references in the client-rs and manager/console directories to point to their latest commits.

Submodule updates:

• Updated submodule reference in client-rs to commit ddde4da033f2b68164619ea17eec1395486064c3.
• Updated submodule reference in manager/console to commit 0724e7d0d28464eb35a43d09eb328e623f213e8c.
