Papers twitter link not working on Mac OS Chrome

Link on default papers page goes to https://twitter.com/share?url=&text=
instead of linking to the webpage for the paper, e.g. phase separation review. I'm having this problem on Google Chrome running on Mac OS X.

I'm having the same problem on https://github.com/ewallace/ewallace.github.io/ so thought I'd flag here in case we can find a joint solution.
