1.8 WDL with LightLoder is't working... #61

Hey
I have tried downloading and installing the 1.8 WDL for Light Loader but it didn't work. I had put the file into the mods folder and when i start up the game it says 0 mods installed. I went onto a server to see if maybe its just bugging out and it wasn't there. Is there something i had done wrong?
Someone please help!
