Hey, let me first just say these examples are awesome! Thanks 👍

I'm thinking about making this more flexible by allowing each employee in their preferences selection to fine-tune the specific windows of hours they are available to work.

We would also need to feed in the hours, possible multiple windows of hours, that the store is open.
