This patch adds support for environment variables in the Magento local.xml file. This is useful for automated deployments that cannot hardcode/store credentials in files.

This patch adds support for environment variables in the Magento
local.xmlfile. This is useful for automated deployments that cannot hardcode/store credentials in files.This change should be used in tandem with the magento-config-envvars module. Beware that it will break your Magmi if your password starts with a dollar sign ;)
