Cannot locate TwitterAAE dataset with sentiment labels #6

Hi, I cannot locate a version of TwitterAAE with sentiment labels. The paper mentions a heuristic from Elazar et. al. is used to assign sentiment labels. Could you please share that data in the repository, or at least link it here?
