exchangelib.errors.UnauthorizedError: Invalid credentials for https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

I am trying to work with exchangelib for the first time. I am trying to read and process email from exchange email but I am not able to connect. All my credentials are correct still I am getting unauthorized error. Is there any extra step that I need to check? Please advise

Office365 does not support username/password auth anymore. You need to configure OAuth. The documentation has a section on setting that up.
