Use released version of basyx-python-sdk #5
Description
Currently we use a development version of the basys-python-sdk, as it contains an essential fix.
When the fix is merged in v1.1.1 we should change to the released version.
Additionally a fix for smaller library footprint could help to reduce dependencies of the main pdf-to-aas library.
