Mosquitto related names should be more generic and related to the local connection

A few examples:

• mosquittoPub
• mosquittoSub
• "cannot create mosquitto connection"

Mosquitto is the reference implementation but any other MQTT broker can be used for the local communication. I would suggest to make the naming more generic and related to the local connection.
