Refactor Share, Unshare, Delete Mechanism

Description

• Define clearly what is share and unshared and what we need to do.
• Create the logic to unshare deleting the access to the systems.
• How to handle the delete, keeping the context of the database.
• How is access permissions handled in the industry core hub. (ABAC for Twins, EDC assets for Systems, Submodel security?)

Sharing is done using the legacy access permission from the DTR based on BPN. ABAC can be implemented by @saudkhan116 @JohannesARENA2036
