WHAT
This pull request introduces Keycloak integration into the Industry Core Hub Helm chart, updates the OAuth configuration to use the new Keycloak service, and adds necessary database setup for Keycloak. Key changes include the addition of Keycloak as a chart dependency, configuration updates to support Keycloak, and new database initialization steps for Keycloak users and schemas.
WHY
Centralized identity and access management is essential for secure and scalable authentication across Industry Core Hub services.
