Integrate with new tractusx-issuerservice

Description

The new tractusx-issuerservice needs to get integrated with the portal.

Acceptance Criteria

• current integration with the ssi-credential-issuer is replaced with the new tractusx-issuerservice
• portal-backend supports the requesting of the credential issuance with the new tractusx-issuerservice

• currently enabled user interaction with credentials portal-frontend was clarified and adjusted
• UI experts were consulted for the frontend adjustments
• credential revocation process has been enabled for new tractusx-issuerservice

• IAM integration is clarified and implemented
