Add tests for serialization of SAMM models

I want to ensure correct seriazliation of samm payloads,
so that my software is interoperable.

Hints / Details

• During feat: implemented edc data exchange for DemandAndCapacityNotification #447 I noticed that we map materialGlobalAssetIds potentially as an empty set instead of just not mapping it. Thus we should check on how to map it properly and introduce unit tests.
