[Bug] Missing option for insolvency as leading root cause in notifications #987

Description
The implementation of Demand and Capacity Notifications should follow the standard definition including the possible values for leadingRootCause found in the semantic model.
Current behaviour
The leadingRootCause enumeration is missing the option for insolvency.
Expected behavior
All options from the standard are supported
