Fix/dop capabilities in chart

Description

solves #935

• chart: adds requried security features on pod / container level.
• helm-test: bump version to latest kubernetes + puris version from 25.06 (for upgrade).

Note: helm chart version 4.0.0 has not yet been released, thus no bump.
