feat: enhance issuer component expiry cron job #366

Description

Enhance the deletion process of ssi credentials details. Also, refactor the job name to reflect all inside processes clearly.

Why

The Job was failing while trying to delete a record on company_ssi_details, As the process should also delete related values on company_ssi_detail_assigned_documents and Documents table.
Refactor the name so that the context is clearly conveyed when consuming or working on the Job.
