Add Kafka-PULL Transfer Type to CX-0018 Dataspace Connectivity (v3.1.0)

Description

The existing CX-0018 Dataspace Connectivity v3.1.0 standard defines transfer types such as HttpData-PULL and AmazonS3-PUSH but does not include a pull-based Kafka transfer.

Once the POC matures into a full Tractus-X EDC extension, the standard must be updated to formally include this new transfer type.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update the Section "2.2 Transfer Type Profiles" to include the Transfer Type Kafka-PULL
• Create a new Issue in Expert Group Repo: https://github.com/catenax-eV/cx-ex-dataspace-connectivity.
  • Clarify questions:

• Are there already specific use case activities that intend to use this transfer type?
• Do we first develop the technical solution and then standardize it, or should there already be something defined in the standard beforehand?
• Are there any strict requirements coming from anywhere regarding Saturn, or can this also be incorporated after Saturn?

@lgblaumeiser We would like to include this new Transfer_Type in the EDC standard. Do we need to submit this across the upstream EDC project, or would it be sufficient to include it within the Tractus-X standard?
