Electing a new project lead

To my understanding, the Vorto project currently has no active project lead: https://www.eclipse.org/lists/iot-pmc/msg08317.html

I noticed that @t-gauss seems to active on this repository, is already an elected committer, and has a track record of contributions.

I think it would make sense to nominate you to mitigate this situation.

I had a chat with @desislava-marinova . She is interested in the project and made some contributions already. She wants to become more engaged in the project. I nominated her as a committer in the first place.
