Update CI workflows

Description of Changes

• add EDGEE_API_TOKEN env variable to CI (from org secret)
• update Edgee CLI GHA version
• add push step to release workflow
• add build step to check workflow
• update wit-bindgen dependency and clean up unused dependencies
• use new edgee component wit to generate WIT files
