Command to start/stop/restart individual MCP server #4

@chromalchemy

Description

@chromalchemy

Create dynamically commands to start/stop a specific mcp.
Command to restart only single mcp server, by name, rather than restart the whole ECA server (which there are already commands for)?

This is to help in a situation where ECA auto-initialized on panel loading, and tries to load Clojure-mcp server, but the project repl isn't ready yet, clojure-mcp fails and has to be restarted.

It would be sufficient for me in vscode if a command to start/stop an mcp server pulled up one of those drop-down menus to select from. Those can usually be automated via keyboard actions. I think vscode calls them “quck select” or something
