[platfrom tierra]Superset not showing course completion status for specific user

[Abdul-Muqadim-Arbisoft]

identified a data synchronization issue between course completion data and Superset dashboards.

Details:

A learner (mgranado@ual.es) reports having successfully completed the course:
“Especialización en interpretación de análisis de suelos | Tercera edición”

However, in Superset the completion information does not appear correctly.

Screenshots (attached) show the discrepancy between the learner’s course status and what is displayed in Superset.

Expected Behavior:

Once a learner has passed a course, Superset dashboards should reflect the completion consistently.

Observed Behavior:

Learner reports course completion.

Superset does not display the course as passed.

Steps to Reproduce (if possible):

Compare learner completion status in LMS with corresponding metrics in Superset.

Observe mismatch for the course listed above.
